Help Needed: Brothers Smokin For Others Pulled Pork Dinner

856158_217073528439563_449044712_o

This is a little off subject, but please bear with me for a minute.

Some of our friends know that one of us at Warriors Instinct MMA is a retired New York State Correction Officer, retired early due to inmate related injuries. That person is me, and I never ask for sympathies for my injuries or really make a big deal about it, it happened it was part of my job and these things happen when you are working with some of the most violent felons in New York State. But when I still see a fellow brother or sister needing help I feel it is part of my duty to pass along the information.

To see all the details please click on the picture above and once you get to the attachment page, please click on it one more time to see all the information about for the benefit for Sgt. George Chakonas.

Please checkout Duane Scout Keezer Facebook page for more information, and please help Sgt. Chakonas.

Dana White: Fighter Cuts To Come

Dana White

Dana White’s words that seem to be getting a lot of UFC fighters nervous after and unexpected firing of 16 fighters:

“The blood has not all been spilled yet, there’s more coming”

“We have 470-something guys under contract, okay? We have over 100 guys too many. We have over 100 guys too many on the roster right now, okay? So, what’s going to happen is, when you lose, listen the blood has not all been spilled yet, there’s more coming.”

Dana had gone on record stating those fighter that have heart will be staying, and those that fight their fucking ass off and make it good and win will be staying. Not that any of the fighters that may be on the chopping block need our advice, but I would consider this as being on notice and recognize what they have with the UFC.

Checkout Dana White on the recent episode of The Joe Rogan Experience if you never listened to The Joe Rogan Experience podcast our watch it, you will be in for a treat!

Chael Sonnen Blasts Wrestling's Removal From Olympics

Chael Sonnen Olympic Wrestling

A topic that surely has a lot of us on edge and that is the removal of wrestling from the Olympics. Chael Sonnen has a few words on the topic and we wanted to share them with you. Now if you ask me taking wrestling out of the Olympics is a slap in the face to gods and goddesses of ancient Greece and one move that would not make Zeus nor his son Heracles happy.

UFC Tonight analysts Chael Sonnen and Kenny Florian lay down the verbal hammer on the US Wrestling Committee, FILA, and the IOC. Chael’s insider knowledge of the wrestling world paints a bleak picture for MMA’s closest Olympic cousin.

2013 UFC Fighter Rankings

anderson-silva

We have the UFC Fighter Rankings for 2013 right here for you to take a look at.

Wait what do you mean you don’t know how the fighters are picked?! No problem as we have added the way they are picked before you get to the UFC Fighter Rankings list.

Rankings were generated by a voting panel made up of media members. The media members were asked to vote for who they feel are the top fighters in the UFC by weight-class and pound-for-pound. A fighter is only eligible to be voted on if they are in active status in the UFC and a fighter can only appear in one weight division at a time.
