Early this morning Joe Bagley’s (current Cage Wars Heavyweight Champion) family lost their home to a devastating fire, to include all their possessions. We at Warriors Instinct MMA know we all have our favorite fighters, but we ask in this time of need we put all of that aside and help where we can, this is not the cage this is a family that needs help, our help!
Cage Wars has currently set up a drive for clothing, furniture, and money for the family. We ask that if you can help please contact Cage Wars, also if you have clothing a drop box has been set up at Legion Training Center in Clifton Park NY.

We have all heard of the biggest fights in history. We have had the Thrilla in Manila, The Rumble in the Jungle, The Showdown, and as we all know these are some of the great boxing matches of years ago, but today we have one of the biggest cards to date in amateur MMA history and that is Cage Wars 22 Brock vs Bagley II or what we like to call the Upstate Clash of the Titans! Now the main-event does not underplay the rest of the card, as there are some great fights scheduled, but this will be one for the history books ladies and gentleman.

As you know Cage Wars 22 scheduled for September 7th was canceled, and from the ashes like a phoenix rises the new Cage Wars 22 and the main-event for the evening will be the Dave Brock vs Joe Bagley fight. These two fighters will be coming into the cage, one looking for his belt back and the other looking to retain his belt.
This will be like no battle you have every seen, this time both men have something different to prove and believe me when I say this, this is one battle in the cage you will not want to miss!
Cage Wars is in the process of setting up one of the most epic cards in Upstate NY amateur MMA history and are looking for additional fighters for that card as well as upcoming cards.

We know you have heard it before, but if you want to be the best you have to train with the best and we can tell you that is what went down at Legion Training Center open sparring session on 9/1/2013! We have a few pictures to show you and we will be posting more in the upcoming days of all the action that went down at Legion Training Center. A quick reminder open sparring is every Sunday until further notice at Legion Training Center, there is NO charge to attend and spar, bring your gear and your determination because with the likes of the Bludgeon Brigade putting you through he paces you will be gassed by the end of the session and pure will and determination will be what you need to keep up the best.
