As some may know not all fighters are on hand for weigh-ins as some have to travel into the area and will weigh-in tomorrow. This weigh-ins was a sad one for us at Warriors Instinct MMA as we will only be seeing our friend family member Anthony Kasdorf one more time tomorrow night before he and his family move out of the area.  We salute you brother, and this coverage is dedicated to you, no matter where you are, no matter what you are doing we will always consider you part of our family!

Legion Training Center Sunday Sparring 10/6/2013

While a lot of us are sitting on the couch on Sunday watching our favorite football team play, Legion Training Center and the Bludgeon Brigade are holding open sparring or “Sunday Funday” at their Clifton Park location!

Open sparring is every Sunday until further notice at Legion Training Center, there is NO charge to attend and spar, bring your gear and your determination because with the likes of the Bludgeon Brigade putting you through the paces you will be gassed by the end of the session and pure will and determination will be what you need to keep up the best.
