AXS TV Hosts Discuss The 20th Anniversary Of The UFC

AXS TV Hosts Discuss the 20th Anniversary of the UFC

In honor of the UFC’s 20th Anniversary this month here are two of four press clips that feature AXS TV FIGHTS’ Pat Miletich, Kenny Rice and Bas Rutten discussing the success of the sport.

In the first clip, Miletich, Rice and Rutten talk about their first impressions of the unregulated, “no holds barred” beginnings of the UFC and the changes that were necessary in order to legitimize the promotion.

In the second clip, the hosts discuss how they first got involved professionally with the UFC. Rutten shares how he joined the UFC in order to promote his acting career and became the first heavyweight champ in the process, and Miletich talks about the challenges of UFC tournament fighting and tells the story behind how he came to win his first lightweight title.

Look for two more clips next Wednesday, Nov. 20.
